Delivery Terms

At KM Block, we ensure prompt and reliable delivery for all orders using DHL or UPS. Typically, your order will arrive within 3-10 days from the date of purchase.

To prevent any delays, additional charges, or issues at customs, we make sure that every shipment includes all the necessary documentation. Please note that customs authorities in the destination country may require payment of taxes and duties. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and must be settled with your local customs office.

Refund and Return Policy

If you need to return an item, please contact us at support@kmblock.com to request a return authorization number. This number is required to process your return. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Returns must be made within thirty (30) days of receiving your order.

Please note that refunds will be issued for the full purchase price, excluding shipping costs (which may be up to 20 euros depending on the destination country), customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees.

Reason for return

If the returned package is not received and you cannot provide a tracking number, it will be the sender’s responsibility to resolve the issue.
